Allen’s annual summer bash won’t happen this year due to COVID-19 concerns.
Market Street Allen USA was set to celebrate its 25th year in 2020. The free community festival and fireworks show previously drew crowds of 65,000+ to Allen’s Celebration Park.
Though the event will not take place this summer, Allen Parks and Recreation is excited to announce Spirit in the Sky - A Fireworks Tribute to the Allen Community presented by Credit Union of Texas. The display takes place at 9:30 p.m. on Friday, July 3. Go to AllenSpecialEvents.org for more information.
