[ARCHIVED] Santa Claus is Coming to Town

Wide eyed Santa Claus

It’s been a long time, and we note with a tear, so many of you haven't seen Santa this year.

But he’s been sighted! He’s heading this way! And he asked Allen Fire to help with his sleigh.

Head out to McDermott on the 19th of December, and here are a few things you need to remember:

To get a glimpse of the big guy will be a big treat! But be safe and secure on the side of the street.

He'll start on his route at 10 a.m., and from Custer to Angel you can wave to him!

Show Santa your signs, festive cars and smiles abound! As he makes his way across our merry little town.

It's just Parks and Rec’s way to provide a small gift. They hope to give Allen residents a festive little lift.

Details

Santa will take a slow stroll through Allen to wave and greet those he passes along the road. He'll head all the way down McDermott, west to east, beginning at 10 a.m.

We invite you to make signs, dress up, and decorate your cars to help take over Allen with festive looks all day long! Please remember to socially distance and be safe along the route.

Please be sure to wear a mask and practice social distancing while attending.
