Market Street Allen USA Celebration is a "rain or shine" event, but if inclement weather necessitates, all band performances will be moved indoors to Allen Event Center. Check local weather forecasts before heading to the event. In case of inclement weather or any related event announcement, please check the Market Street Allen USA Celebration Facebook Page, or the City of Allen website. The Allen USA website is not updated with event announcements the day of the event.
Admission to the Market Street Allen USA Celebration is free!
Tickets can only be purchased on the day of the event. Wristbands are $25 the day of the event, but can be purchased for $20 in advance at Joe Farmer Recreation Center, Don Rodenbaugh Natatorium and Ford Pool. Pre-sale of 2019 Market Street Allen USA Celebration wristbands will begin on Thursday, May 23 and run through noon on the day of the event. (Present your wristband for FREE admission to Ford Pool from June 30-July 5.)
Glow products are $5 and they will be available for purchase beginning at approximately 7 p.m. until the end of the event. They will be sold all over the event site, but mainly on the great lawn where everyone will be seated for the concert and Fireworks Finale display. Proceeds will benefit a designated non-profit group.
Costs will vary from four to six tickets (or $2 to $3) or you can purchase a wristband for $25 which includes access to all the activities in the Kid Zone.
Attendees will be able to enter the lines to the inflatables until 9 p.m. Everyone in line by 9 p.m. will get to complete the activity. Please note, if needed, lines may close earlier to be able to accommodate everyone in lines.
Due to expected high temperatures, crowds, and noise of the Fireworks Finale display, we encourage pet owners to leave their furry friends at home.
Lawn chairs and coolers are permitted and are subject to being searched. No alcohol will be allowed on site.
Shade structures are permitted, however please note that all shade structures must come down by 7:45 p.m. to ensure adequate visibility for everyone in attendance.
Food prices will vary from concessionaire to concessionaire. Drink costs will vary between $2 and $3.
Concessions will be available until 10 p.m. Some concessionaires may continue selling through the Fireworks Finale.
Ticket booths will close promptly at 8:30 p.m. Please note there are no refunds on ticket or wristband purchases.
The Fireworks Finale will begin at approximately 10 p.m. The display show will be about 25 minutes in length.
The shuttle buses from Allen High School (near the football stadium) to Celebration Park will run from 3:30 to 9:30 p.m., which will include ADA accessible buses. Beginning immediately after the firework show (approximately 10:30 p.m.) buses will shuttle passengers back to AHS. Buses will not run between 9:30 p.m. and the end of the fireworks show. The shuttle service will end at 11 p.m.
Due to safety concerns with the large attendance, drones are discouraged at Market Street Allen USA Celebration. All drones must follow FAA regulations (including not being flown over people), and operators will be asked to show proof of an FAA pilot certificate and craft registration. Operators who violate FAA regulations may be subject to civil fines or criminal action.
